Our system uses dynamic routing logic to connect call clicks to the appropriate phone lines. When you interact with a profile and click "Call Now", our servers may process your IP address, approximate geographical location (country, city), internet service provider (ISP), network operator, and Autonomous System Number (ASN) to find the correct route.
This technical data is processed temporarily to connect the call session. IP addresses are logged securely in our call logs database for CRM routing analytics and to prevent abuse. We do not display visitor IP addresses publicly.
To optimize performance and avoid excessive external API lookups, we cache your detected country and network operator information in a secure PHP session. This cache is saved temporarily and deleted when you close your browser or your session expires.
When you contact us using our contact form, we collect your Name, Email, Phone number (if provided), and the content of your message. This information is stored securely in our database and is used solely to respond to your request. We will never sell or rent your contact details to third parties.
We retain call routing logs and contact submissions only for as long as necessary to fulfill CRM routing diagnostics and customer service replies. You may contact us at any time to request deletion of your messages or logs.
